The rooms are tastefully decorated with a nice design and the staff is very friendly.

The hotel was clean, the room was nicely decorated and cozy and the bed was nice. The staff was kind, amiable all the time. We got a room with a bidet. A microwave, coffee/tea making machines, and a fridge were available in the kitchen.

It's a hip new hotel with well-equipped rooms. There is lots of amazing food for breakfast.

The food was amazing and I have nothing but perfect memories from this trip. Thoroughly enjoyed the hotel - it is modern, clean, and has an excellent location in the middle of Jackson. The double room I had was well decorated and absolutely fantastic with 1 window. The room also had a shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet which was a plus. All the staff was excellent and solved my issues.

The room was fantastic and cozy, equipped with a television with satellite channels, climate control, and a personal safe.

The staff were friendly and approachable, making our stay pleasant.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the friendly staff and clean rooms of the hotel. The breakfast was decent and offered a good start to the day. , the hotel's location was convenient for getting around to nearby attractions.

I felt that the hotel lacked charm and personality. It didn't offer much of the Tuscan atmosphere that I was hoping for.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and enjoyed the beautiful decoration and cozy ambience. the staff were very welcoming and attentive. the breakfast was delicious and the outdoor pool was a plus, even though it was winter. the location was convenient, with easy access to nearby towns and attractions.

The rooms were too dark and not well ventilated, which made it very uncomfortable. the noise level was high due to construction work and thin walls.

Rooms are equipped with modern amenities, including designer furnishings and comfortable bedding.

Parking can be difficult during peak hours.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautifully decorated and I felt like I was in a luxurious suite. The staff, especially Simone, went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience both at the hotel and during my outings. This place has a lot of class and style, and I couldn't imagine a better room than the one I stayed in. I will definitely be coming back again.

I recently stayed at a new hotel in Montemurlo called I Vivai. The staff was incredibly respectful, friendly, and always ready to help with anything. The room was cleaned daily to perfection. The hotel had a beautiful outside swimming pool and an amazing restaurant with a wide selection of Italian cuisine and wines. The staff, especially Marco, made us feel right at home - he even spoke Swedish! The comfortable bed and pillows, delicious breakfast with homemade cakes, and beautifully landscaped surroundings made our stay truly enjoyable. We will definitely be returning.

I had an amazing stay! The staff was friendly and very helpful with all my requests. The hotel facilities were modern and clean, especially the outdoor pool that had a great bar to enjoy the day. The breakfast had a large variety of food to select from and tasted great. I also appreciated the fact that there was ample parking available at this hotel.
